About The Property:
The property we provide at Bramley Avenue is an end-terrace house, on a quiet street, and comes with four large bedrooms, each fitted with their own double bed and desk.
The shared space includes a large living room, equipped with two small sofas and a smart TV (with TV license included), as well as a galley style kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
We have some off-street private parking in the form of a newly installed driveway, as well as ample street parking out front with no parking restrictions applied.
The rates for the property are, £425 for each of the three larger bedrooms, and £395 for the smaller room, PCM. With all bills included.

Located almost immediately outside the front door is an Aldi, less than a five minute walk away. Perfect for running out to get the things you forgot you needed for dinner tonight.
If you don't feel like cooking dinner, there are also a number of takeaways along the main road (Including a Domino's that's even closer than Aldi).
Very nearby there are some stops for the number 14 bus, which can take you all the way from the tip of Fleetwood, down to the heart of Blackpool.
The number 14 bus, headed towards Blackpool, can get you to the Fleetwood Nautical Campus in around 20 minutes. And if you ride it in the other direction, then in roughly the same amount of time, you can arrive at the local Asda, which is across the road from the Affinity Outlet shopping centre.
About Us:
We (Ben and Haydan) are two ex-FNC students who, having studied in Fleetwood, wanted to return in order to provide quality accommodation to future mariners. After finishing our studies, we have both gone on to be current serving marine engineers within the industry.
Having recently studied here ourselves, we know what matters to students. And we think one of the most important factors of being a student is having a good home to spend your free time in. That's why we bought this property and did a full renovation on it, to provide future students with the best house we could have asked for.
